Over Time
I remember when my father used to work in factory then, I continuously asked to him that why ? he is working extra in factory, why he is not working like other workers ? then he simply answered me that, he get extra pay for extra working hours, that's why he is working extra. I used to think that he was working in factory that's why he used to work hard and have to do overtime, But I was wrong, I saw many Multinational , Domestic Company who are pressurizing their employees for Over Time, and they are not giving a single rupees to them. I have observe few ways which they use in their offices to make pressure on employees.
They know that they have extra work but instead to hiring more employees, they are hiring less number of employees, they are giving target to every employee and even you complete your target they do not allow you to go your home, you have to do Over Time, Their favorite employees are the real culprit who used to work very less and always wasted their time in other stuff, but manager never point any question on them instead to that they praised them. These things are making uncomfortable to a hard working employee.
2. Poor training and great expectations
They are providing poor trainings, I'm not saying they are not giving their best in trainings but problem is that they are not taking feedback from employees, they are not trying to improve their trainings. Theoretical training can not a good practice, you should give them a proper practical training then you can expect 100% from them. By providing poor training you can only harm your businesses.
3. Unnecessary function
If you know that, this is your peak season then why you are wasting your time in unnecessary functions? I have seen this they asked us to stay back because of huge inventory but next day they used to celebrate functions in offices, if you really want to finish your inventory then you should avoid your functions and do your work timely. By doing proper management they can solve the issues but they will not do it for sure.

My question is only that if you really want Over Time than you should pay for us, and we all employees should stand against these unpaid over time.
Remember No one can solve your problem unless you speak for.
