You have rightly pointed out that over-estimating own self leaders not only lose their own respect and credibility as a leader but they badly damaged the morale and motivation of the team. Real leaders always keep their teams as priority. Real leaders serve their people, enable them to grow, educate and delegate so as to make their team more responsible and empowered.
