Over Night Stay For Children

In order to to achieve the best interests of the child and to take care of his right to get to know his parents and his normal family and receive their care, and maintain personal relationships and direct contact with both of his parents without fatigue or hardship, the judge may authorize the child in custody to spend the night in a residence other than his custodian if his interests are so required.
