Over Loaded with E-mails.

Lost With loads of E-mails !! ???

My Question of the Day is :

How Often do You Read Your E-mails???

Hourly, Daily, Weekly or when U get Time.... lol,, ??

So i Generally Use 3 (Three) Different E-mail Address's...

Friends n Family, Personal and Work.

So have You Ever been Sent a E-mail Reminder From Microsoft to Say, Ur "i-cloud or INBOX" CANNOT Store or Back Up Ur Messages Any More !! ??? lol

ie Meaning All that "Space" U in Ur System is either "FULL" or very Nearly..

Well Yep it happened to Me... because i Only Normally Read and Look at Stuff in the Later of the Evening Night-Time, (when i Allow Myself Space and Time to do so). Unless i Know im Getting Something Urgent Sent to Me.

So this is How My System Looked like on Sunday 19/01/2025.. for My E-mails.

Emails : Was. : NOW.

Family and Friends : 8,523 : 31

Personal : 20,519 : 20,519

Work : 1,546 : 26

I have been Spending a Few hours Each Night Since then to Briefly Read, Look , DELETE and Keep !!

How do U Overcome this Problem to Keep an eye On All Ur Incoming Messages ??

Do U do it Urself ?? Hire a PA to do it , or a VA to Keep U Up to Date on whats happening.... ??

its something i Want to Overcome so i Dont Get Backlogged in E-mails again..

Ur Thoughts are Welcome Please..... lol,, as i Cant Find Enough Time to do so, im Already Busy Daily to Do My #Woolyness Knitting, an Need More than 25/7 Hours to Fit that all in , as i have so Much Wool i could Hibernate and Not See Day-Light with all the "idea's" i have to Producing More Products.. lol....
