Outsourcing of Outsourcing!!

Long time no post!
This was actually killing me. Many thoughts, many little "irritating" feelings inside my heart wanted to be poured out..but where on Linkedin posts - no - a big no. No one would be interested to read what I like or don't like or what I strongly feel about..for that I must go to a blog..
Still I thought of writing it as knowing very well that my fellow linkedin users might feel having similar "unknown irritating feelings" sometimes as we are human beings. We say human resource is our biggest assets but managing "their" related processes we outsource. May be due to time constraint or resource constraint- Outsourcing has become the new normal norm of the day.
With this do we actually outsource our feelings too. .difficult to do - right?
If I come to know that the person taking my interview is not from the organization but is their "extended" arm then I might not be interested to work in that organization.
Though I am not completely against "outsourcing" (fun intended pun unintended) but of course when it comes to people processes then I am!
These are my personal feelings as I said initially, may be not a right forum to express....
