We were robbed without our knowledge, which is hard to accept.?The National Assembly (MNA) passed a bill this afternoon that will enhance their salaries by $30,000 year.?This is absurd; the cost of the hike will be approximately five million dollars for the taxpayers of Quebec. Let's get this number in our heads: a $30,000 wage rise is an extremely generous and exceptional 30% increase.??

Thanks to Quebec Solidaire being accused of being a party of "populism" and being incoherent by Legault's government (CAQ) and the Liberals affiliated to it.?How can the CAQ justify a 30% pay increase when our nurses and medical personnel only received a 9.1% rise after nearly 5 years of negotiations??It is no secret that our healthcare system is deteriorating.?Due to the low salary and mandatory overtime demanded of these experts, nurses are abandoning the healthcare field.??

Since Legault claimed that politicians had "the right to earn as much money as possible to give as much as possible to their children," it appears that it is acceptable for them to write their own raises.??
