For 16 years, I was one of the most prolific creators on X (formerly Twitter)—posting over 560,000+ times and building a global audience of 1.1B+ people.

But on December 9, 2024, my verified account was hacked—and since then, X has FAILED me.
? X Support is MISSING IN ACTION.
? Premium Customer Service? Nowhere to be found.

How does X treat one of its most LOYAL, HIGH-IMPACT creators like this?
I was an advocate for X, promoting its limitless potential. I engaged, drove conversations, and even thanked Elon Musk for transforming the platform. Yet, when my account was hijacked, X abandoned me.

On December 9, 2024, my verified @geoff_deweaver account was hacked and stolen. For over THREE MONTHS, X has failed to restore it despite multiple case numbers and so-called responses.

?? I’ve lost control of my intellectual property, professional connections, and a major part of my online presence due to this security breach.
?? The generic, copy-paste responses I’ve received are unacceptable and fail to address the urgency of this matter.

?? I started on LinkedIn in February 2008—months before I joined Twitter. My extensive LinkedIn presence serves as irrefutable evidence of my established digital identity.
