Our algorithms eliminate outliers to maintain precision, and our platform, the most scalable in our market, delivers response times in milliseconds. We also go to great lengths to help our customers perform at their best, by segregating and securing each customer’s data and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

It is for these reasons businesses around the world trust PROS to help them attract more demand, dynamically price, and drive sales across every channel. The PROS Platform now powers 4.1 trillion transactions annually—an increase of over 40% year-over-year – and counting.
In Q2 we welcomed new customers from across industries, highlighting the breadth and versatility of the PROS Platform, including Air Moana, Atlantic Aviation, Dynata, Lao Airlines, Tropic Air, VitalEdge, and Zeus Fire & Security, among others.
Our clear value proposition is why more customers are prioritizing PROS as a top initiative supported by their boards to drive revenue growth and margin improvement. Our customers are expanding usage of PROS, including AeroMexico, Allegiant Air, Auto Wares, BASF, Carrier, Cathay Pacific, Hertz, Ingredion, Philippine Air, and PODS in Q2, among others.
In our recent earnings call we highlighted that we exceeded the high-end of our guidance ranges across all metrics. We grew subscription revenue by 14% year-over-year, continuing our strong trajectory with a compound annual growth rate of 29% since 2015, while also achieving significant profitability milestones. Our relentless focus on innovation and driving efficiency across our organization led to a 554% improvement in adjusted EBITDA and a 112% increase in free cash flow year-to-date year-over-year.
We continue to invest in innovation to drive even more value for our customers, faster than ever before. We recently released a new generative AI data transformation solution to power seamless data integration between third-party systems and the PROS Platform, automating 70-80% of customer data onboarding, making our AI innovations even easier and faster to activate.
We have also brought to market the only AI-powered solution for ancillary pricing. PROS Dynamic Ancillary Pricing (DAP) uses reinforcement learning techniques to present ancillary service offers to buyers, aiming to drive a higher conversion of ancillary sales over time. DAP can be implemented in just three weeks and has been shown to drive a 2-6% revenue uplift.
These are just a couple of the many AI innovations we showcased at our record-breaking Outperform conference in May, which had its largest in-person turnout ever. The event featured 60 customer speakers who shared remarkable success stories achieved with PROS, highlighting how these innovations are driving significant business outcomes for their organizations.
