Microsoft Outlook Office 365, part of the Microsoft Office suite, is a powerful tool for managing your emails, calendar, contacts, and tasks. Here are some tips and tricks to help you use Outlook more efficiently and effectively:
?Use Keyboard Shortcuts
Ctrl + R: Reply to an email.
Ctrl + Shift + M: Create a new email.
Ctrl + G: Go to a specific date in the calendar.
Alt + S: Send an email.
Schedule Emails
Use the Delay Delivery feature to schedule when your emails are sent. This can be accessed from the Options menu in the message window.
Create Rules to Organize Emails
Automate email management by setting up rules to move messages to specific folders, delete them, or forward to another account based on criteria you set.
Use Focused Inbox
Focused Inbox separates your inbox into two tabs—Focused and Other. Important emails are in the Focused tab, while the rest remain easily accessible but out of the way in the Other tab.

Quick Steps are customizable shortcuts for common tasks like moving emails to a specific folder, replying with a standard message, or forwarding an email to a team member.
Search Efficiently
Use Outlook’s powerful search to find emails quickly. You can refine your search by using search operators like from:, to:, subject:, and has attachments:.
Manage Your Calendar
Drag and drop emails to the calendar icon to create appointments. Include the contents of the email in the appointment body.
Use the Scheduling Assistant to find suitable meeting times for all attendees.
Share Your Calendar
Share your calendar with colleagues to facilitate easier scheduling. You can decide how much information others can view.
Use Tasks and To-Do List
Keep track of your tasks by converting emails to tasks. Just drag an email to the tasks icon or use the Follow Up flag.
