This Luxury Outdoor Kitchen was designed to attract, enable and elevate the Lifestyle of the Cottage Owners on the shared outdoor space of this sea side pocket Neighborhood.

We designed an area where one Cottage owner, two or more could come out to the middle apex courtyard and hang out with friends and family like it was their own. Whether sitting by the Outdoor Fireplace, cooking pizza or grilling swordfish on the EVO Grill, all nine unit owners share the same outdoor space equally. The design intent and theme is "Sandals Resort" like but instead of being catered to and served upon, each dweller owns and utilizes the space individually and communally.

It turned out to be a tremendous design and a most impactful inspiration to be part of the pocket neighborhood community.

So what makes it so attractive? It was great to have outdoor living design build vision and experience because it took the Outdoor Living intent to parallel with the Landscape design to reach curb appeal and community appeal alike. Nothing more beautiful than to have all the pocket homes look out their back door or sideboard to take in vistas of these. Anyone one of all the neighbors would love to celebrate life's most memorable family events outdoors in this expanded outdoor kitchen. A space that shares relationship to other owners

being present at the same time. We were very comfortable designing the Outdoor living Outdoor Kitchen space with the builder to maximize the intent of the space. The intent of celebration mostly with friends and family shoulder to shoulder at times with others doing the same.

We first marked this out in the snow and it took experience and a strong vision to get the builder to give up so much valuable space much for leisure not building development. It was not easily convincing but now that its built it was admitted that he wouldn't of wanted it any other way. Plenty of livable floor space indoors and a great common space outdoors for all to share within views of main street and amongst the warm breezes of the sea.

The concept of the design here was to sprawl things out accordingly to the parameters set by set back line, common space restrictions and equivalent yard space requirements. So once the space was outlined it had to be defined by purpose and usability. There is nothing more appealing than a large stone fireplace. Wood burning magnificence is always appreciated and there is never enough of those comfortable adirondack chairs to pull close by to view the above fireplace tv.

I just love this outdoor kitchen.
