What are the Gmail sending limits per day? [Updated 2023]

Google has set Gmail sending limits to protect its users from spam, enhance security, and comply with regulations. The sending limit for a standard Gmail account is 500 emails or recipients per day. Google Workspace accounts, on the other hand, can send 2,000 emails per day to up to 10,000 recipients.
