Just the usual, got your welcome goodies, hence will flaunt it post.??(#newnormal?orientation! Else would have been sweetly welcome by these on the desk of my new workplace I guess?)
.
The post corono work world has seen some drastic changes, but mostly good atleast with regard to being more mindful, grateful, empathetic, non-judgmental and embracing all that constant change and chaos in your workplace. Which means we've only emerged stronger. And can totally justify being able to work from anywhere!
.
I think the pandemic has also taught us to be more understanding towards our colleagues, know our teams better and pitch in to help because we know a colleague is struggling to take care of their new born or to push a meeting by 30 mins so the single mom of two can finish lunch time for the kids...you get my drift..!
.
I for one, have learnt that it's important to be constantly learning, updating and pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones!?
.
So on that note, if you really want that particular role at a particular company, go apply now! Don't doubt yourself, don't second guess yourself and most importantly don't give up!
