WHEN AN OUT OF STATE DRIVER GETS A TICKET IN NEW YORK, PART 2

To the surprise of most drivers, especially those licensed in a state other than New York, the trouble with pleading guilty to a Speeding or Traffic Ticket they received in New York doesn't end once they pay the fine and surcharge imposed by the court.
