Recorded in the Ramkard studios in Udine, "?λφα, β?τα, γ?μμα" is the new Stuka album. After the extended play “Sturzkampfflugzeug“, Stuka present themselves in the 2021 record market with this work consisting of ten tracks. Hammers, knives, compressors, sequential hypnotic rhythms evoke the war times of the modern era, where the Stuka want to convert the nefarious "memory" of war into a direct message of love and a mystical drowning of the senses. Inspired by historical groups such as Throbbing Gristle, Einstürzende Neubauten and Front 242, they explore the theory and practice of eros, underlining noisy underground musical sound paths in industrial sequences of brothel samples where they innervate the wisdom of peace and reflect on the forms of "Cupid", propaganda, destiny, stories and clichés. Their metallic beats, dissonances and rhythmic storms paint apocalyptic scenarios with the possibility of exit and salvation: each song is wrapped in an almost tangible sense of emptiness, anxiety and passion, halfway between a Freudian nightmare and a lysergic trip, sums up all the "poetics" of "?λφα, β?τα, γ?μμα". In their hands everything is transformed and deformed to be put at the service of the excruciating neuroses of the sequencers and the noisy delusions of the two alpha and beta percussionists. The German synth bass of the range "Mabab", slips the disc into the electronic tracks of "Joker Bass" and "Girls". It continues in the demon-possessed industrial dances of "Mantra" up to decadent melodramas such as "Zenman." To complete the very wide musical spectrum from the opera there are then two infernal noisy tour de forces, perhaps the most radical and extreme of their repertoire: the malign " Kolapsser ”and the grueling symphony of the digital“ factory ”of“ Komputer Loop-teria ”.
