IN or OUT?
You’re either in or out, there is no 1/2 way……
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 KJV
JESUS chose to pay the ultimate price for you and I to be here today. GOD came in the human form and was humiliated, beaten, took lashing upon lashing, wore a crown of thorns, was nailed to a cross, all for you and I. Saying all that, if you accept JESUS as your LORD & SAVIOR, with your salvation must come constant transformation. If that’s the case, then why are so many people afraid to talk about JESUS? Mention GOD? If we are TRUE Disciples of CHRIST, we are to spread the GOOD NEWS, The Gospel right? If you proclaim GOD’S word to be the truth, then why aren’t you spreading it?
I used to be a people pleaser, afraid to rattle the boat, shake things up. Then in 2014, during a Galatians Bible study by Timothy Keller, I finally got it. I understood the depth of what accepting CHRIST entailed and also the FREEDOM is gave me! ALL MY CHAINS WERE BROKEN! Why? The ONLY person I needed to PLEASE WAS GOD!! Only HIS opinion of me mattered! Talk about the most freeing moment in my life. It was not only freeing, but also being TRUE to myself and who Gretchen was and is. It makes me smile when people call me a JESUS freak. That’s a good thing in my book and it should be in yours too!! You can’t say you accept JESUS, than deny HIM to your friends. Is that being REAL? Is that being HONEST & TRUE? Only you can answer that.
Today, we live in a world where there is far too much hatred and lack of unity. Each of us plays a part in this. You have a choice to spread LOVE or HATRED. Either one can have a ripple effect. If you LOVE the LORD, then you know it’s your duty and out of LOVE, RESPECT & OBEDIENCE, you are to be spread love and use your words for edification purposes only. We are to give GRACE to all, because, well don’t YOU want GRACE? YOU better hand it out freely if YOU want it in return. EVERYONE is worthy of LOVE & RESPECT! EVERYONE! If you are one who is quick to judge, count to 10 and picture yourself in that person’s shoes. Can you do that? Would you even try? The sad thing is that some wouldn’t even dare to put their pinky toe in another’s shoes, but yet instead they will use their tongue in a wicked way. More often than not, it’s best to speak not a word and lend a listening ear to someone WHO TRULY JUST WANTS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED & HEARD! Don’t WE ALL? Acknowledgement is one of the human needs.
It’s not about religion, it’s about a relationship with GOD. Draw near to HIM & HE will draw near to you. If you are a parent, you know, all you want is your child/children close to your heart. Well so does your CREATOR, YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER! How would you feel if your child denied you as their mother or father? Multiply that by TONS, as we know how many children GOD has and imagine how HE feels! Who cares if Suzy thinks you’re crazy because you pray every day and post on social media about GOD. So what if Jack talks to the guys about how you go to Bible study and are a part of a men’s group at your church! That has NO EFFECT on you whatsoever unless YOU GIVE IT POWER! SERIOUSLY THOUGH....,.WHO HAS ALL THE POWER IN THE WORLD? WHO MAKES THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE? WHO CAN DO WHAT MAN CAN NOT DO? ONLY GOD! So when you are afraid to bring HIM UP, think about how HE feels being denied; but I bet you will be quick to get on your knees and ask HIM for something! How about asking GOD what YOU can do for HIM today!!! Thank HIM for ALL HE has done for you! PRAISE HIM ANYTIME, ANY PLACE, & EVERYWHERE!!
So here’s the catch, you can’t be 1/2 way in. You either accept CHRIST or you don’t! There is NO IN BETWEEN!. Right now you have choice, it’s up to you. But remember, every knee shall bow to JESUS! “Today, GOD presents worship as a choice, but one day, GOD will mandate worship by force.” Matthew Maher. BE STRONG! STAND FAST!” Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Joshua 1:9.
PRAISE THE LORD! HALLELUJAH! THANK YOU JESUS!

About four hundred men were with him." - 1 Samuel 22:2 Have you ever felt that you could accomplish a whole lot more if you had more talented people around you? Perhaps you are in an office and think that some of your fellow workers don't quite measure up. Imagine what David must have thought in the years following his anointing by the prophet Samuel as the next king of Israel. He spent the next many years running from King Saul. Now God was beginning to bring men to support David. But what kind of men? The down-and-out. God gave David not the elite or the sophisticated; He gave him those who were in debt and discontented with life. David turned those men into the best fighting men of their day. In fact, David never lost a battle during his entire reign as king of Israel-quite a feat for a bunch of no-name, lowlifes! Some of those men became an elite group known as David's Mighty Men. These were the elite of the elite, the Navy Seals, the Few Good Men, the Green Berets. Whatever you call them, they were exceptional warriors. Jesus took a few men who weren't exactly the cream of the crop either. He built His life into these men, which resulted in 12 men who turned the world upside down. Are you one of God's mighty men or women? Are you investing your life to build other mighty men or women? David and Jesus set the example of what can be done when we invest in others. God does extraordinary things through men who have an extraordinary God. Ask God to use your life to be a mighty man or woman for a cause greater than yourself. He delights in such prayers.
