I want to take a moment to share some key insights that we’ve had at Entrepreneur Lifestyle this year. I hope it helps to make better business decisions moving into 2024.
1. Volume Is King:
Reflecting on our year, it's clear that the volume of leads, the conversations, the emails sent out, the number of people who see your ads, is what really moves the needle. Even if you're not the best at sales or your email copy could use some work, as long as you have a high volume of leads, you can still achieve a very successful business. But as we look to 2024, remember: great systems and salesmanship paired with a high volume of quality leads will be the key to sustainable growth.
2. AI as a Competitive Edge:
Throughout the year, we've leveraged a variety of tools that have been absolutely amazing in helping us save time and better serve our clients. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, and Otter AI have all been instrumental. But the goal for 2024 is not to juggle 25 different AI tools; it's about finding those four or five that you can use consistently and that genuinely help you in your business. Don't get lost in the sea of possibilities. Focus on what you need to elevate your current operations.
3. Lead Generation's Continuous Evolution:
This year, we’ve ridden the wave of change in how leads are generated. The once-reliable referrals, networking, and word-of-mouth methods have faced new challenges, and many of you have felt the impact. I can relate — there was a time when my primary lead source was speaking on stage, which was upended by the pandemic.?
But innovation is born from necessity. We’ve delved deeper into alternative strategies, with LinkedIn outreach becoming an indispensable tool in our B2B arsenal. It’s an absolute must for any robust marketing strategy. LinkedIn ads also serve as a powerful lever to scale your business. With the right systems, what might have been a modest month of earnings can skyrocket. Our email marketing efforts have also seen a positive return on investment which you’ll be happy to know! It is getting there, and we're committed to strengthening this avenue to provide another consistent lead generation stream for our clients in 2024.

4. The Power of Systems:
This year is the first where I've achieved the goal of not needing to be involved in every part of my business's processes. We've generated leads, conducted sales calls, and completed follow-ups, all without my direct input. I'm proud that we have the right systems in place to make this possible and to over-deliver to our clients. As we move forward, my focus will be on refining our SOPs to ensure we can do this time and time again, allowing me to concentrate on high-level strategies and client care.
5. From Satisfaction to Fandom:
This year has also taught us that in a market where most of our competition over-promises and under-delivers, the key to standing out is creating raving fans instead of just satisfied customers. Taking care of the clients we have is the most important thing. In industries with lots of competition, the people who stand out are those who genuinely care for and look after their clients. Our goal is always to over-deliver and help our clients scale effectively, as you can see from the testimonials below.
