At JCS, our employees are the foundation of our success. We have 84 dedicated staff members, several of whom have been with us for over 40 years. Their commitment and hard work drive our operations.

We are happy to say that we have implemented a four-day workweek. Our team continues to achieve industry-leading efficiency, providing the best and most consistent lead times in the hose clip market. Each team member's dedication makes this level of service possible.

Expanding Horizons

2024 has been a year of exploring new markets and seizing opportunities.

• Expanding in the Far East: We have significantly increased our presence in this dynamic region, bringing JCS's unwavering commitment to quality to an even larger global customer base.
• Growth in the Marine Industry: Our Hi-Grip 316 stainless (A4) and Hi-Grip 304 stainless (A2) products are gaining traction in the marine sector, with well-known brands like Sunseeker International Ltd and Princess Yachts incorporating our clips into their applications. Following a successful showcase, we are excited to build on our achievements and partnerships in 2025.
