In March, 2019 just after our offsite event in New Orleans, Pandemic has hit the world. Initially, we were shocked but quickly adjusted our operations to the remote world. We decided not to be fully remote in Hungary but set up a hybrid working model. This offers everyone the best mixture of onsite and home-based working hours.
