Our words matter...

Almost a year ago, I wrote in this same section about the importance of working with seriousness and respect in our industry. Back then, I invited “our colleagues in the telecommunications industry to rise to the occasion??and be an example, a model to follow for our employees and for society; to embrace clean and healthy competition that brings out the best in all of us.”

As influential companies, our words have great impact. We condemn and avoid all kinds of violence and bullying though advertising messages that encourage mockery, defamation and intimidation. In such a violent world as the one we live in now, it’s our responsibility to lift spirits up and foster a civil and positive attitude.

The telecommunications industry offers a service that is critical for Puerto Rico’s progress. At Liberty, we take seriously our responsibility to provide mobile and fixed communication services that are reliable and of the highest quality, with a strong signal, wide coverage and resilient infrastructure. We also understand the importance of keeping our data and our customers’ information safe.

What one competitor calls a soap opera, is a great success story and source of great pride for me and every employee at Liberty. It is the fact that a local company, with over 2,200 people on the island, believes in Puerto Rico and has positively united the leading mobile operator on the island with its leader in fixed communication.

The brand behind the mobile device changes, but the network which its users have trusted, and the committed employees are still here and are now a part of Liberty. We are here to stay, to keep on believing and investing in Puerto Rico, creating thousands of jobs, innovating with products and services that improve our consumers’ lives. We will remain a responsible corporate citizen that contributes toward our communities’ well-being. And that is not a soap opera. It’s a success story

Your words don’t matter because of your lack of action. The service at liberty is deplorable and is a clear reflect of you as a CEO. Excuses are for those who made them up. Right now you are facing complaints at the FCC your lack of coverage and your deceptive trading practices. Instead of posting thoughts , put them into practice. AT&T whas the best company, you acquired it and now is the worst. Don’t try to fool people, respect your self.

Based on my service with Liberty, I believe that your words as a CEO don't matter. January 2023 I have talked to several "Supervisors" and NO ONE, NO one has follow up since October 2022: Their names: Nicolas Panessi, Dayleris Toribio, Robin Méndez, Luis Hidalgo, Keyla Saldivar, Juliana Ramos and Ericka Jimenez (I was on the phone for 1 hour and 32 minutes and promissed to call back, she never did, just like the other "supervisors") Boleto numero HF-172231 Boleto numero HF-175697 #Cuenta?8211990014814164 GALLERY PLAZA GALLERY PLAZA SOUTH # 805 San Juan, Puerto Rico
