This is our WHY!
This morning I had the privilege of attending settlement with this young couple. Despite the challenges we experience day to day, the hassles of life, and frustrations with the market … we must always remember our mission to serve. The hard work we put in, the extra mile of effort, the final email of the late evening, all help us make the dream of home ownership a reality. In the heat of the moment we tend to think of our deals as transactions, or files, or problems, but in fact they are people and families who have trusted us with the biggest financial event of their life.
In this case I am honored and proud that this is my daughter and son-in-law. They have worked very hard to position themselves so they could buy this house and make it a home for them and my sweet granddaughter. The joy and sense of accomplishment they felt today was priceless as both a lender and a father. How blessed are we that we get to participate in such incredible events! Thanks go to our processing, underwriting, and closing teams who helped make this go like clockwork and as smooth as we could have hoped for.
