The following is a message I sent out to our company today:

We have just experienced one of the most charged elections in recent history. On this day, it’s important to reinforce how much we respect every opinion and value every individual in the Silicon Labs family.

No matter what else is happening in the world, you can expect us to remain committed to our employees and to our core beliefs including diversity and equality, access to free trade, continued support for immigration, and the free flow of ideas as citizens of the world.

Our business is strong. Our values, our culture, our strategy, our execution, and our roadmap will continue to serve us well as we chart our course into the future.

We have an extraordinary team. We have a strong track record of creating value for our customers and driving commercial success through innovation and simplicity. We meet our commitments and hold ourselves accountable.

And above all, we will continue to do the right thing.
