Well, it's been a great year. We've worked with some spectacular clients and we've managed to take on 4 new permanent colleagues too. Whilst we're all very much looking forward to 2016, I always enjoy taking a few moments to reflect on the year that was. 

I've been writing blogs/articles for just over a year now. Sometimes they are effortless to write - other times they can feel like a real drain on my time and a struggle to complete.
