These are our top 10 Agile conferences in Europe for 2023 (and 2024!). This list is based on our own experience from attending them or from the reputation they have built and how much people we trust rave about them.

Lean Agile Brighton (UK)

One of the best Lean Agile conferences. LAB is a relatively small conference with a great lineup of speakers. Very well-organised and with the added benefit of being able to spend some time in Brighton. As a single-track conference, LAB offers participants the opportunity to create meaningful and impactful connections. One not to miss in the Autumn conference season.

Agile Lean Ireland (IRL)?

One of the premier conferences in Europe. The last in-person ALI conference was a 3-track conference with a constellation of great speakers and sessions. There are no dates in 2023 announced yet, but if it goes ahead, it is one not to be missed.

Lean Agile Scotland (UK)

LAScot is one of the conferences with the biggest reputation. Started in 2011 by Chris McDermott, LAScot brought together some of the best speakers and talks we have ever seen together. The conference changed leadership a few years ago and has been able to maintain a very good reputation.
