?“Movement: Moving more for our mental health”

Our plan yesterday was to combine outdoor exercise and a team outing for mental health AND to do something good for the environment. So many things could have gone so wrong but so many things went right.

The laughter, the teamwork, the back seat driving (in a row boat) and the wrestling, with pretty disgusting plastic bags wrapped around the riverside foliage, was an afternoon that ticked all the boxes!

How easy would it be for everyone to implement this every day, for every event/occasion you did for yourself or your team, ?you then did something to help others or the planet at the same time. We might not have cleaned all the plastic out of the Thames in Richmond, but we made a difference and enjoyed ourselves doing it.
