Our Teachers Matter a Lot.
Each of us passed through the hands of dozens of teachers during our education. It is impossible to remember all the names. However, due to the effect it has cast on us, we will never forget some of them because they have been our role models. We feel that what we are today is mainly due to heir guidance and inspiration. Those who adopt teaching as a profession more or less imitate the teachers who inspired them. Usually you will see that your favourite teacher and favourite subject are often the same.
We do not forget even some teachers that have scarred our lives (mind) through casually made remarks especially the bitter words of our teachers. Some children are not able to forget throughout their lives. Many teachers also pronounce that so and so a child would never succeed in life. Sometimes they scribe comments like ‘average child’ on Report Cards. What a dangerous thing! It would be appropriate to call such pen or tongue tongue a bulldozer. This leads us to the conclusion that it is important for teachers to have knowledge of the subject but more than that their language and behaviour towards children is more important. The children remember to the extent that the teacher ignored a warm good morning.
