Our sustainability journey.

Our sustainability journey.

The Challenge.

The Out Of Home industry has been sleeping on sustainability.

This isn't a call out.

Let's face it, its not the only industry in the world that has a lot of work to do.

Never ones to sit back and watch the world burn, we're stepping up to lead the charge. We're embracing sustainable alternatives, and spreading the word about being kinder to our planet.

It's not just about us, or even about us at all really - we want the whole industry to get on board.

?We can all do epic work and do better for the Earth.

Our Actions

Through a deep dive into our practices, we identified the biggest environmental culprits, focusing on single-use items.

With a clear hit list in hand, we targeted these areas, swapping them out for more sustainable options. Our aim was to lay down a sustainable groundwork for both current and future practices, the true meaning of sustainable.

This isn't just about changing how we operated but also fostering a sustainability mindset within our team.

Everyone is involved, from brainstorming ideas to implementing solutions like cycling to work and remote working days to cut down on emissions. Our efforts paid off, with noticeable drops in our carbon footprint and waste output.

?But, there is always more to be done.

By sharing our journey with clients, suppliers, and the wider community, we hope to spark a wave of sustainable change that reaches far beyond our own organisation.

The results up to this point.

Our commitment to sustainability runs deep, evident in our thorough approach to improving business practices.

Today, sustainability guides every facet of our operations, from materials selection to waste management.

Our posters are made with eco-friendly materials and methods, and we recycled a staggering 10,000 tonnes of paper in Auckland alone in 2022.

Our billboard skins are fully recyclable and repurposed into useful assets. We've replaced plastic corflute with recycled cardboard or aluminium for displays, and our hand-painted frames prioritise minimal waste.

Transitioning our Auckland fleet to Electric Vehicles in 2022 saved 11 tonnes of carbon.?

Through these ongoing efforts, we have been recognised at the only Net Carbon Zero poster company in Aotearoa.

Sustainability isn't just a goal; it's woven into our business's DNA.

We're yet to reach nirvana, but we're on the ever changing path to making a difference.?
