I'm Dr. Julija, co-founder of Networky - all in one platform for curated event hosting.

I'm thrilled to share the story that not only shaped our company's mission but also highlighted the indispensable role of networking in the tech world.

Our story began at a startup event in the heart of Silicon Valley ??

I had been invited to lend my expertise in Artificial Intelligence, honed through years of research and being in the industry, to the global AI and Web3 incubator Gaia Labs.

Gaia Labs, renowned for its commitment to nurturing female-led startups in the realms of Web3 and AI, was ready to make its grand debut.?

Together with the team, our task was to organize a launch event for Gaia Labs in San Francisco.

We had a goal to gather together an exclusive community of AI and Web3 entrepreneurs, startup founders, builders and venture capitalists,

We received over 700+ sign ups for this event ??

Since we had limited event space, we wanted to create a highly curated event guest list and handpick the top 50 guests who were synergetic and had things in common.?

It wasn't just about finding individuals who aligned with Gaia Labs' vision but also about fostering an environment where meaningful connections could flourish.

Because a well curated guest list = quality of interactions over quantity

We didn’t realize how difficult it would be to hand pick the right 50 people for this event…

We spent hours going through 700+ event signups and researching each person and their professional background…

We had to juggle multiple tools - Eventbrite, spreadsheets, Linkedin, Typeform, Hubspot, Whatsapp, etc.

But that got me thinking- there is a problem here that no one is solving…

We needed a platform that is designed for hosting “curated private events” with a simple event signup page, inbuilt forms and simple CRM database features…

Conversations with various event organizers, both large and small, further confirmed our suspicions…

Current event hosting platforms were primarily guest-centric, leaving hosts to grapple with the challenges of guest management on their own. We realized there was a significant gap in the market - a platform that caters to the needs of the event host wasn’t something that existed.

Thus, Networky Events was born. Designed as an all-encompassing platform for event hosts, Networky simplifies the organization of highly curated guest lists.?
