100% remote or come to the office. (we can find you on Slack (24/7)

A crystal clear understanding, that if something has to get done, it always gets done. We finish today's work, today.


We are looking for:

1. Senior Devs/Engineers <--- you built something that the market is using today at scale.  We need or want X, you'll have a solution. show us your work.

2. UX/UI  <---- your work is on dribble?  Show us your work.

3. A lead Growth Hacker - Leading GTM (Marketing) Show us your work.

FYI:  I can ask you one question and know if this is you!

Startup growth is very hard, no matter how good the product is and you know this, but you always deliver.

The best answer to any or all our questions, is you test everything. If this is true, and you can reasonably explain how you do this, you might be a perfect fit.

This is a race and you know and understand the commitment.

If we ask you to "show us" your work, you could spend 100 days showing us your work.

Musts: 

Must have had a successful exit, or owned a strategic role in which your sole execution made another startup successful. You have to own your role here. You're the best at what you do. (top 5% - 10%)

People want to work for you.

You lead, and that means doing what is hard sometimes, but always doing "whatever" it takes.

You'll work for equity. We will pay you but likely not what an established company can afford to pay you. You win, when the company wins! That's how cofounders become rich-er. (4 year vesting/ 6 month cliff)

You're are 100% trustworthy, reliable, and just awesome.
