Over the past 14 years of our company, I have seen a lot of things alongside a lot of growth. Not only as a business, but within myself as a leader and as an entrepreneur. I expect the next 14 years to be filled with even more change as we all grow.
Our industry is infinitely changing, our world is changing in many ways especially over the past few years. Team members have grown, some have gone, some have even returned. We have a highly competitive market for talent with an industry wide shortage of technical talent. We continue to develop, recruit, ascend our technical team. We continue to increase our benefits and opportunities for our team members as well, in the majority paying better than market rate and providing 100% paid medical/dental/life/vision benefits.
In the last year, we've put together the most comprehensive security layers for our clients that fully opt-in. We have their bases covered as well as our own. We've found the ways the bad guys get in and mess things up and we've layered up for it. Cybersecurity is an absolute must for all organizations that wish to continue without faltering to devastating losses, whether of data, money, or both.
We are not perfect, and we have work to do (always). Our goal is to be the fastest, most capable help desk to our clients. At times we nail it, other times we falter. Our goal in the coming months is to fully resolve that and provide the best-in-class customer service we've stood for and been known for. Our work with embracing a business operating system, EOS, over the last 12 months has created a framework for us to truly solve business issues for ourselves as well as our clients. The IT and cybersecurity industry has endless challenges, entrepreneurship and growth is also a journey. Yet, I and this team and the most driven and resilient group to weather the challenges and continue to grow. The faces will probably always change, but the spirit of drive and fast + friendly support remain.
