Our Sr. Supply Chain Manager has Retired After 19 Years at Unibake USA

After a long and fantastic?career of 19 years in Lantm?nnen Unibake USA, Susan Koss (aka Sue) has decided to retire on?August 4,?2023.

In 2004, Sue began working for Unibake USA at our original headquarters in Chicago. Over the years she has held several different roles in Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. As our Senior Supply Chain Manager, Sue played an integral role coordinating, organizing and managing all logistics involved in the production and distribution process of our company's goods.

With great commitment and a positive attitude, Sue has gained a lot of knowledge and insights into our business, and she has supported numerous colleagues with her knowledge, skills and pragmatic approach. It's been an honor to work alongside Sue and we wish her all the best and a happy retirement!?

A Farewell Message from Sue:

"Throughout my 19 years at Lantmannen Unibake, I’ve felt so fortunate to work for a company I greatly admire and with colleagues for whom I have such deep respect. I will always consider our bakery products to be among the best in the world (and I look forward to hopefully spotting and enjoying some of our pastries on my upcoming retirement cruise!).

As I reflect on my time here, I feel so grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to learn so much with each position I’ve held and to travel to places I’d never dreamed of. But the best memories are those I’ve created with all of you – I will miss each and every person that has come into my life because of Lantmannen, and I look forward to staying in touch. My life has been forever impacted by all of you.

Thank you for your partnership and for all the ways you’ve supported and fulfilled my career. You may still see me around the office from time to time as I could never walk away forever! In the meantime, my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for a wonderful chapter of my career."
