Our spring edition in the Swiss Alps has come to an end

We sadly said goodbye to each participant of our second edition in the Swiss Alps.

Once again, the event took place in Lenk, an ideal mountain village surrounded by majestic landscapes and located in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

Here are a few insights from this edition:

1) Comfort and privacy are key

Unlike many workations and coliving spaces, we focus on privacy and comfort. Our priority is to provide a safe environment with comfortable, new apartments, studios, and private rooms with private balconies. Then, of course, we emphasize community aspects.

2) Finding the right activity pace for our participants

We screened our participants' interests and created activities based on what they wanted to see and do. There was no push to participate in the activities, as many of the participants had busy schedules, which we totally respect. I believe it's key not to force participants to attend activities and to respect everyone's privacy.

3) Indoor activities

On days we couldn't hike, we took the opportunity to engage in various indoor activities such as board games, movie nights, indoor climbing, salsa/bachata lessons, pancake brunches, communal dinners, and more.

4) Outdoor activities when the sun is shining

We explored many places in Switzerland and Lenk during this 3-month workation. From must-see spots like Interlaken, Montreux, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, and Zermatt to more local mountains, we made the most of our time. Three months is a great period to get a taste of Switzerland and decide if you want to return.
