Easily manage pole reservation approvals for jurisdictional assets. No more manual spreadsheet updating, assets update to permitting outcomes.

Applicants can easily submit small cell and ROW applications through the asset reservation system or directly within the online submission application.

Once applications are received, a project is started as a workflow. The applicant is notified to upload files into the system, and then participating departments and external agencies are notified with review tasks to do.

All review comments are assembled per each review cycle for communication to the applicant. Applicant responses and corrected file versions are also managed by the system. Approved plan sets can be downloaded once all fees are verified as paid.
