There is a LOT changing.....and there will continue to be a lot of change and a lot of new faces in our government.

Over the next few weeks, many of us will see our new Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick on TV. To many people, he will be just that....our Secretary of Commerce, but Howard Lutnick has an intensely interesting story. He was the head of Cantor Fitzgerald. With it's headquarters in the World Trade Center, Lutnick lost 658 employees on 9/11 including his brother. I urge you to skip ahead in this video to 1:44:35 and listen as Secretary Lutnick tells the story of that day. It will be one of the more compelling things you will hear today........

If I were a betting man, I might be willing to bet that two things are going to happen in short order. One...rates will continue to trend lower....and two....tradtionally seasonality will begin to kick in and everyone is about to get a LOT busier.
