Our return to the office

As we prepare our return to the office, the Financeit team announced our hybrid work policy to employees. The Financeit leadership team supports a workforce that is flexible in where and how we work. Collectively, we are committed to meeting the needs of our business while achieving an optimal work-life balance which focuses on workplace flexibility, and employee well-being.

As part of our policy roll out, employees were given the option to select their preferred work status: full time remote (with management approval); hybrid flex (employees can indicate how often they plan to be in the office); or full time in-office. The policy also features a work from anywhere perk, as well as a hybrid allowance to assist employees in an inclusive way for costs associated with travel to the office, ergonomic set up, or at home costs.

We still believe in the value of working together and building relationships through in-person collaboration and innovation. We've designed our new workspace to include hotel seating, hybrid friendly Zoom features in all meeting rooms, and several collaboration spaces & entertainment areas. We hope that our office will act as a hub to get our employees together again!
