It‘s been a big year for us at Flume, in fact, it’s been our best year ever, which after over 20 years in business is no mean achievement.??

We’re very grateful to all of our clients, old and new, who have collaborated with us this year, a year in which we have grown by 30%.? We’re proud of our awesome (and growing) team?for delivering this and of our offer which now spans right across the marketing mix from big strategic thinking via in-market measurement through to granular executional detail.?

We’re proud to work with some of the UK’s?favourite brands. FMCG will always be a specialism of ours, but over the past year we've grown our client base by 20%, running continuous tracking studies in furniture retail and paint, helping to understand brand health for a pipework business, segmenting the charity sector and unlocking value for locksmiths (pun very much intended!).? As we embark on a new financial year, we continue to focus on delivering our four founding principles (read all about them here) to get the best out of research for our clients. We continue to develop our thinking and build best practice tools, with a comprehensive suite of NPD tools currently in a pilot phase. Keep an eye on our next few newsletters for more on these.?

We are pleased to announce that Babble is a finalist in the upcoming 2024 Oppies Awards!

Babble is once again vying for the 2024 award after winning the Best Viewing Facility - Experience and Impact award in the Market Research Society's 'Oppies'?for 2023. At Babble, our goal is "to feel good", which we hope will be acknowledged once more!
