For over 35 years, my career has been dedicated to enhancing people’s wellbeing, seamlessly integrating mental and physical health in my practice. By utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest neuroscience research, I customize my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, blending contemporary fitness solutions with ancient wisdom.

My eclectic, integrative, and pluralistic psychotherapeutic approach includes techniques from yoga, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness, along with somatic methods and energy systems such as Reiki and Tai Chi/Qi Gong.
