Tell us about what is being done towards the further growth of the service in the region.

“We are coming to understand the needs of our users, both drivers and passengers. With this information, we create actions aimed at the constant improvement of our service.?

To this end, we are recruiting drivers in many different cities, to expand our passengers’ range of options for finding a means of intercity transportation. Along the same lines, we give opportunities to those who are available for driving a vehicle, allowing them to connect and generate income on their own time.?We also want to build a very complete base of towns and cities in Latin America, so that all users will have a way of traveling to their destination.”?

What are the pillars or priorities of the inDriver.Intercity service?

“Our priority right now is to become an option for mobility between large and small cities alike throughout Latin America – we want to do things right for all our users.?At inDriver.Intercity, we believe in a community that connects and can travel comfortably and safely on all the roads of their country, whatever their purpose may be – visiting their families, working, visiting tourist sites, meeting friends, finding love … these are all are valid reasons, for which we want to be there, available, to serve our customers.”

What makes inDriver.Intercity stand out?

“We are a working group with a great purpose, and we want to offer something better every day. This is why we are always working on optimizing the platform. We manage to make our operations simpler and more efficient every day.?With that said, part of what makes us different is, first of all, how we offer options to our users – it’s based on the freedom that comes when both drivers and passengers can make their schedules more flexible, so that a trip is suitable for both parties.?Secondly, users are able to set their own prices – this is one of our hallmarks, since the value is mutually agreed on, unmediated by any algorithms. Thirdly, the inDriver.Intercity service gives us two different options for how to implement these types of trips between cities and towns: they can be a personalized service, or trips shared with other users.”?

How have the operations of inDriver.Intercity been growing and developing in the region?

“We are growing progressively, and in a positive direction. Month after month, year after year, there has been constant development in our operations. This growth has come about, first of all, because of the trust that our users have placed in us, and secondly, due to our ongoing efforts at improvement, as reflected in the optimization of our functions and the increased amount of road trips in the various countries of our region.”?

What updates are coming this year??

We are creating an option within the framework of intercity transport whereby our partner drivers can transport packages to other cities as part of their trips. In this way, we hope to maximally optimize our drivers’ trips – without neglecting the transport of passengers, of course.?

Additionally, we are currently in the process of making updates to our safety policies, to ensure that those who travel with us can have as much peace of mind as possible. We at inDriver care a great deal about the safety of those who have put their trust in us.

Please provide basic feature of receipts on email or print option. App is only showing one weeks histroy I requested support team to provide details for two weeks but they refused.
