Our Plan To Give More
If there were ever a time to give more, now is that time. As business leaders, we’re in a unique position to support the community.
The coronavirus is not only overwhelming the entire world, it’s devastating the economic and social balance of society. This is the time to come together.
At Via, we have always innovated and, in light of the economic and societal impact of the coronavirus, we have come up with a way to keep the wheels of business turning while giving back to our communities in need.
Charities and communities needed our support before this pandemic–they need it even more now. Via, along with its partners and clients, will help combat the societal and economic effects of the coronavirus. Of the fee we normally collect for our services, we will do a 75%-25% split. 75% will go to a charity or a community in need and the remaining 25% will go toward our costs. As a pending B Corp, we have many charities and communities in need to donate to, but we will leave that choice up to the client. If they have a specific cause or community they wish to support, they have the power to choose; they may pay the 75% charitable donation directly to their cause.
The services we provide include but aren’t limited to: Inclusion & Diversity, Consulting and Training, Transformation, HR Services, Sales Training and Executive Search from the Director Level through C-Level.
Audrey Hepburn once said, “As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands — one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.” This perfectly describes our ethos.
