Our People - Screening Supervisor

Welcome to our July edition, celebrating the contributions of Kathline Shaw, our Screening Supervisor.

"When I moved to Australia in 2017, Nucleus Network was the first and only company I applied to; I was fortunate to join their Clinical Operations team as a Clinical Unit Assistant.

This role served as my launchpad into a more challenging position, progressing over a year to become a Screening Supervisor at the Melbourne site.

I was entrusted with significant opportunities and responsibilities that accelerated my professional growth.

Working at Nucleus Network, my joy lies in collaborating with genuine and remarkable individuals. Amidst challenges, the support and camaraderie of my colleagues make difficult times more manageable.?

Over the span of 7 years, I have witnessed how the company prioritizes honing the skill sets of its team members and provides diverse growth opportunities.?

I take immense pride in being part of a company that contributes to advancing medicine and improving lives."
