Welcome to our November edition, celebrating the contributions of our People and Culture Business Partner based in Brisbane, Sophie Fitzgerald.

"As a People and Culture Business Partner at Nucleus Network, I’m fortunate to contribute to a dynamic, high-performing team working out of our Brisbane office. I joined Nucleus Network in April, bringing experience from the medical device industry.

My role allows me to work closely with key internal stakeholders across the organisation, supporting their journeys in growth and development as we move through a period of significant and exciting growth and change.

People and Culture Assistant

We are currently seeking a People and Culture Assistant to join our Melbourne team to provide support to the People and Culture Department and all levels of the business.?

This includes employee onboarding and offboarding, new starter induction, company policy and award interpretation, management of HRM database (TechOne) and reporting for managers, support of payroll activities, coordination of employment contract sign off and preparation, and providing general assistance and guidance to staff.

The role is also responsible for supporting our EVP and Director of People and Culture with meeting the business and organizational objectives.?

• P&C Operations Support?

Requirements

• Experience in a people and culture administration role,
• Highly competent in using Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
• Adaptable, able to work well under pressure and willing to take on a challenge
• Demonstrates our values of Excellence, Customer Focus, Drive and Teamwork
