Abdulkadir Hassan - Contracts Manager - Melbourne

Our People - Contracts Specialists

Over the past 12 years, I've had the privilege of being part of Nucleus Network, where I've grown from an eager Clinical Unit Assistant to a leader in the Contracts Department.

Nucleus Network has provided me the opportunity to work, study and learn. During my first 7 years and once I graduated, I had the chance to embark on a senior role within the Screening Department. There I learnt to manage the day-to-day operations of the Screening and Outpatient clinic, honing my skills from my colleagues and managers. I then took my leadership, communication, and operations skills to the Clinical Development department, negotiating on site budgets and executing clinical trial agreements.

Nucleus has afforded me the platform to grow within the company, with multiple opportunities internally to transition into roles that fit my skillset and drive. I have been allowed to use my best qualities of critical thinking and communication and apply this to a role that best suits who I am.

I work with some dedicated, passionate, and talented people, who to me would go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed but also make you feel like you are a part of a team.

Abdulkadir Hassan, recently won our mid-year Reward and Recognition award which celebrates the hard work and outstanding performance of our dedicated employees. Congratulations! :)
