Our office walls speak a thousand words

It gives a different kind of feeling when we're the ones rolling up our sleeves and dirtying our hands - together. All the work you see below are the brainchild/ideas of each team in Qiscus (with ZERO interference from management).

But it is NOT just mere deco.

But they are not just merely wall decorations / murals. Each piece of work has a certain philosophy or meaning underlying it which consciously/subconsciously reflects the thinking of each team.

The instructions to the team were simple:

• Let's make the office more lively
• Each team will be given the same amount of budget and time
• The decorations must have an underlying philosophy

That's about all the key instructions given. I personally did not know what exactly to expect since the teams are already stretched to their limit when it comes to their workload and deadlines. But lo and behold, the output is beautiful and they touched my heart deeply when I understand the philosophies underlying them; they underpin Qiscus' overall philosophy as a company, even without deliberate coordination between the teams on what their work would be about.

The strength of a team lies in how the team strives to develop not just collectively, but individually as well; spurring each other to continuously learn new knowledge and acquire new skills.

Pay close attention to the needs of our clients and understand their perspectives.

While we deliver our #chatSDK and other solutions to our clients, we should be wary of our clients needs first and foremost and understand their perspectives, where they are coming from.

Remain focus on our strength and our mission.

While we intent to #enableconversations in any applications, we remain focus on our strength and our mission in delivering the best chat technology or #chatSDK.
