Lunch & Learn: Seafood QC???
Our first Seafood QC: Lunch & Learn was an absolute success! ??
We organized an exclusive workshop for our lab clients, led by our Microbiology Lab Manager, Vanessa Neale. Attendees learned about our seafood and shellfish lab procedures, from sample submission to results interpretation.

Last month we had a visit from Senthilkumar Thiruppathi Ph.D., P.Eng. , the Industry Research Chair of Sustainable Design Engineering at UPEI!
Together, we discussed topics on sustainable food automation, innovative food product & process development, and the cutting-edge use of sensors to measure quality components in foods like marbling in meat, potato defects, protein in pulses, and more!??
