Our notes for April 2024!
Welcome to BioFoodTech's Notes:
New month, new fiscal year, but same winner mentality!?
In this edition we've packed all the relevant information you need to know to keep up with our fast-moving industry!?
Let's begin???
Client Spotlight???
Jennifer Hambly : Canadian made reusable, FOOD SAFE, and durable protective?apparel!?
Proudly made in Canada, and sold around the world,?Top Dog manufactures the widest range of apparel products (aprons, gowns, sleeves, suits, smocks and much more), primarily for use in the food processing, sanitation (cleaning and hygiene), industrial and healthcare sectors.?
Top Dog's reusable and durable protective apparel is a hallmark of quality that?last?longer, being food safe with anti-microbial properties, comfortable to wear, and color coded.
When Top Dog began working?with BioFoodTech , their goal was clear: to subject their real-world-used apparel to rigorous independent testing for the presence of listeria, salmonella, and e-coli.
Given the reusable nature of Top Dog?products, which are cleaned and reused numerous times over several months, BioFoodTech's testing provided independent validation, affirming the company's stance that their reusable products are indeed food-safe and easily cleaned.
BioFoodTech meticulously tested 40 units for the aforementioned pathogens. Additionally, Top Dog meticulously collected "in-use" samples from processing plants, recording usage times, cycles, and cleaning protocols. These samples, randomly numbered, were submitted to BioFoodTech for thorough analysis.
With validated results in hand, Top Dog's team is now looking to use these to market the "enhanced antimicrobial properties" of TDM apparel. "The most food safe, easily cleaned reusable apparel" on the market!
