When we first launched Everett Sky our ambition was to be a bespoke, client-first model. That ethos is what drives our business forward every day.
That is why we’re so proud to launch our new onboarding model - a game changing, process-driven client relationship tool that will make sure people using our services get the best out of them.
By focusing on core skills and elements of what makes a successful outsourced model, we have been able to build a fantastic onboarding process that brings efficiency and most importantly results.
We deliver bespoke and complete tailored training to give both our clients and their dedicated consultants the tools they need to hit the ground running. We ensure clear lines of communication are open and effective between the client and their team of consultants. We encourage the introduction of the consultants to the direct team - making them included and valued as part of the client’s broader team. And by setting expectations and offering continued support, we make sure both our clients and their consultants are operating happily and with the best results.
