We moved into our new office!?

An awesome place designed & built from the ground up. A place that enables and maximises the value of hybrid working through best in class design, technology and practices.

The last 2 years we grew from 25 to around 75 people (with 22+ nationalities and hiring) So we definitely needed a new herdquarter.

At Impala Studios we truly recognise and embrace the power of being together in person. We also love the benefits working from home can bring. First and foremost we believe in flexibility!

Flexibility for us means it’s everybody’s choice as much as possible how often they want to be in the office.?

We do ask everybody to be in the office one day a week. That one day a week focuses on x-functional product collaboration, connecting, meeting with expertise peers and bonding together as a herd.

So when designing our new office we wanted to maximise the value & opportunity of having this physical home base for our herd.?

And to make the office truly purpose driven we asked everybody their main driver(s)/ reasons for wanting to come to the office. They formed the 7 foundational pillars for our office design. We used them together with OST interior to design each and every space of the office aimed at hospitality, connecting, celebration and focussed concentration & collaboration. And well, simply to enjoy our time there!

On top, we spared no effort to provide and stuff our office full with the best technology to enable and allow for a seamless experience & connection between those remote and those in the office.
