Our new CFO: Joe Custer

I’m pleased to share that Joe Custer is Miovision’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).?

Since the summer of 2022, Joe has led our Corporate Strategy team, which among other activities, has identified and managed our recent acquisitions with Rapid Flow and, more recently, MicroTraffic.?

Joe has played an important role in helping Miovision develop and implement our corporate strategy to capture growing opportunities in the market. We need someone who can help me share our successes – and our growth strategy – with potential investors and attract the capital we need to fund significant growth. Joe has both the skills and mindset to thrive in that role.?

Prior to joining Miovision, Joe held several senior finance roles, including stints at Trafficware and Cubic. He not only knows how to run an effective Finance function, but he’s done it successfully – and in our sector.?

Joe will continue to lead the Corporate Strategy team in addition to Finance, blending where we’re going strategically with how we’ll get there financially.?

I’m excited that Joe has accepted this expanded responsibility and am grateful for the talented leadership team I have – including Joe, Steve Strout and Lyne Jacques – helping me to realize Miovision’s considerable potential. Congratulations, Joe!
