Beyond consulting

At Bluecrux, we’re really proud of our consulting capabilities. Our specialist squads embed themselves in our client’s business and work with their team to bring out what’s within, understand the complexities that are unique to them and, together, overcome them and find new ways of working.

The rebranding process we’ve recently undertaken doesn’t change any of that. What it does do, however, is allow us to present those capabilities in a focused way that allows us to tell our story from scratch. Especially to those with no prior experience of our company.

The Bluecrux feeling

?Previously, despite our successes with multiple clients in specialist industries, we had struggled to tell a coherent story about how our consulting capabilities connected with our SaaS platforms. In other words, how to incorporate our own tools into the narrative of how our consultants could change clients’ businesses.

?This has led, on occasion, to a scenario where potential clients have looked at our offering and have seen us as a jack of all trades. A consultancy firm who had a software product to sell also: that can leave you with a credibility gap. In short, we knew what it felt like to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment like Bluecrux, where our services were integrated. However, we struggled to communicate that feeling to potential clients.

?Now, however, everything within the Bluecrux brand is part of the story. Binocs, Axon and Consulting are all complementing each other’s message: We’ve managed to put the real Bluecrux identity into the marketplace.

?The Cutting X

?At the heart of this is the Cutting X. This is more than a logo. It’s our entire positioning statement presented visually. “We know what your problem is and we’re certain we can solve it” isn’t a pitch. If you can, however, demonstrate that you understand the multiple strands of complexity and uncertainty in modern business, you can then start to explain your solutions.

?The Cutting X positions everything that Bluecrux is about. We represent a community that goes beyond a client/consultant relationship. One built on long-term collaboration that grows and develops as time goes on, pushing each other to new heights.

?Over the coming years, we envisage growth all over the world. To forge new relationships and develop existing ones. That we can now tell our story from scratch, demonstrating an integrated offering of unique consulting capabilities and cutting-edge SaaS platforms will help us make a difference in new markets.?
