Eventually our bodies may change shape, our muscles might become more toned and defined, and they will no doubt have increased capacity to burn more energy.?

Muscle memory ensures that your body can bounce back after a longer period of abstaining from working with weights - it remembers.

From time to time our form may need correcting depending on who is instructing us. For example, our grip or tempo - which with repetition can also be changed.

This describes the conditioning, deconditioning and reconditioning of our muscles and body.

Similarly, our mind is conditioned to think certain thoughts, believe certain things and see the world through a certain lense based on how we were trained by our family, teachers, culture and society at large - from a very young age as a small human growing up.?

Only not all of it is helpful, supportive, or empowering. Some of it can indeed be harmful, limiting and disempowering.

But it is possible to decondition from the habitual thought loops and behavioural patterns that keep you feeling stuck, blocked or like somethings missing...

And recondition to thrive in life - because in the same way your body has muscle memory, your soul hasn't forgotten who you came here to be.
