Our mission: raise awareness about climate change through art and education
One Planet One Future
Through art and education we address climate breakdown and the dangers of the Anthropocene.
In the end we will conserve only what we love, we will love only what we understand and we will understand only what we are taught - Baba Dioum
One Planet One Future uses the universal language of art to draw attention to human-caused threats to the planet and to inspire people to act. Through art, education, video and film, it is our mission to engage people around the world and show them what we have, what we may lose and what we have already lost.
Our Educational Project
We believe that education is fundamental to address climate breakdown and the dangers of the Anthropocene. Our Foundation launched an educational project in 2016, founded on the conviction that the next generation needs to start now to play a key role in devising solutions to protect and save our planet. Our project is free and involves students from kindergarten through college wherever they are based.
During the pandemic we have expanded our digital program in collaboration with many institutions, using Anne de Carbuccia’s art, her films, the story of each image and its message. All the video lessons are free of charge and are used by schools around the world. You can watch all the video lessons on our educational page. The main themes are:
